Upgrade Your Operating System: Users on Android 8 or iOS 13 and below must upgrade to the latest version as the new sooka app only works with updated operating systems.
Update Your App: Ensure your app is set to auto-update or manually upgrade to the latest version for successful login.
Mobile or Email Account Update: For mobile number users, updating to an email ID is mandatory to use their account in the new sooka app. Please go to sooka settings on the web, update your email ID using the same password, and then log in to the new app with your updated email ID. For users already using an email ID for login but intending to update it, the same method must be followed.
This is a temporary solution, and we will enable a self-serve option for login ID updates in the near future. Stay tuned!
