Don’t panic. Check these first:
- Did you enter your email address or mobile number correctly? Do not input your mobile number with country code, spacing and hyphen.
- Did you enter non Malaysian mobile number (*sooka is available for Malaysian number only)
- Did you set your password that meet these criteria?
- Minimum length of 8 characters
- Maximum length of 16 characters
- Must contain at least one number
- Must contain a lowercase letter
- Must contain an uppercase letter
- Special characters are allowed but NOT mandatory
- Did you enter the correct One Time Pin (OTP)number during sign-up?
- If you’re signing up using social media, did you grant the required permissions on the permissions page for your first sign-up?
- Try refreshing the browser or restarting the application.
