Ok, you can change or cancel your subscription by going to the “Profile” section and clicking “Manage subscription”. Any cancellation or change to your subscription will need to be managed through the payment channels that you have chosen.
Upgrade - Any upgrades will take effect immediately upon successful purchase. Your billing cycle will start at the same time and your first bill will include any balance from your previous subscription (based on the unused days if any). You can only upgrade your subscription by using the same payment method that you have chosen.
Downgrade – Any downgrade will only take effect on the next subscription cycle (‘cos you deserve to enjoy sooka for as long as you can). You can only downgrade your subscription by using the same payment method that you have chosen.
Cancel – You can cancel your subscription whenever you sooka (we’d love you to stay). But your subscription will only end on the next billing date.
