Promotional Codes

sooka may issue promotional codes, discount codes, voucher codes, partner codes or similar offers from time to time ("Promotional Codes"). Promotional Codes may provide discounts, free access periods, promotional pricing, or other benefits on eligible sooka products and services.

General Conditions

1. Promotional Codes are valid only during the promotional period stated in the relevant campaign communication.
2. Promotional Codes may only be redeemed through designated sooka channels and platforms as specified by sooka.
3. Promotional Codes may be subject to eligibility requirements, including but not limited to:
   • New users;
   • Existing users;
   • Returning users;
   • Selected customer segments;
   • Specific subscription plans; or
   • Partner programme participants.
4. Promotional Codes may be limited to specific subscription plans, content packages, products or services.
5. Promotional Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or refunds unless otherwise required by law.

Redemption Rules

1. A Promotional Code may only be redeemed once unless otherwise stated.
2. Each Promotional Code may be subject to a maximum redemption limit.
3. Promotional Codes cannot be resold, transferred, reproduced, distributed or published without prior written approval from sooka.
4. Promotional Codes that are expired, invalid, altered, duplicated, tampered with or obtained through unauthorised means may be rejected.
5. Only one Promotional Code may be used per eligible transaction unless otherwise stated in the specific campaign terms.

Promotional Benefits

1. Promotional Codes may provide:
   • Percentage discounts;
   • Fixed monetary discounts;
   • Free subscription periods;
   • Reduced subscription pricing; or
   • Other promotional benefits determined by sooka.
2. Promotional benefits may apply for a limited duration only. Upon expiry of the promotional period, normal subscription charges will apply.
3. Promotional benefits may vary based on the campaign, partner programme or subscription package involved.

Subscription & Billing

1. Promotional Codes may be restricted to selected payment methods.
2. Certain Promotional Codes may require a valid payment method to be maintained throughout the promotional period.
3. Where applicable, taxes will be calculated on the final payable amount after any eligible discount has been applied.
4. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions continue according to the applicable subscription terms after the promotional period ends and standard subscription charges will apply.

Changes to Subscription Plans

1. Promotional benefits may be forfeited, modified or terminated if a subscriber:
   • Changes subscription plan;
   • Upgrades or downgrades service tiers;
   • Cancels the subscription; or
   • No longer satisfies campaign eligibility requirements.
2. Campaign-specific terms may contain additional rules relating to subscription changes.

Partner Campaigns

1. Certain Promotional Codes may be issued through sooka's partners, merchants, advertisers, financial institutions, loyalty programmes or other third parties.
2. Partner-issued Promotional Codes may be subject to additional campaign-specific terms communicated by the relevant partner.
3. Eligibility verification may be required before redemption.

Suspension and Removal

sooka reserves the right to:

• Reject any redemption request;
• Suspend or cancel Promotional Codes;
• Reclaim improperly granted promotional benefits; or
• Disqualify any participant suspected of abuse, fraud, misuse or violation of these terms.

Amendments

sooka may revise, amend, replace or withdraw any Promotional Code campaign, promotional offer, benefit, mechanic, eligibility criteria or related terms at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulation
