• You can also find sooka deals under For You → Partner Deals and the Deals section.
• All these routes bring you to the Lifestyle page where all sooka plans are shown.
2. How do I subscribe to a sooka Add‑On?
• Open CelcomDigi App → Shop → Lifestyle → Entertainment.
• Choose any StreamMORE sooka plan.
• Tap Buy Now or Confirm Subscription.
• Follow the steps until the subscription success screen appears.
3. How do I activate my sooka access after subscribing?
You will receive:
• An activation SMS containing a unique link
• A push notification in the CelcomDigi App
Tap the activation link and follow the instructions to sign in or create your sooka account.
• If the account has not been fully set up before, the activation link will redirect to the sooka onboarding form
4. Where do I find the activation link if I missed the SMS?
• CelcomDigi App → Notifications
• CelcomDigi App → My Subscriptions → sooka
The same activation link is always stored in the app for easy access.
5. What should I use to log in to sooka?
• Mobile numbers cannot be used to log in to the sooka app.
• If your email is tied to an existing active paid sooka subscription, activation of the CelcomDigi bundle may fail until the paid subscription ends.
6. How can I check my subscription status?
• CelcomDigi App → My Plan → Lifestyle Subscription
• You will see your sooka subscription under Active or Cancelled.
7. How do I unsubscribe from the sooka Add‑On?
• CelcomDigi App → My Plan → Lifestyle Subscription
• Select the active sooka plan
• Tap Continue to Unsubscribe
• After confirmation, the subscription will move to Cancelled.
