- Did you check if you have input the coupon code correctly? Did you get the error code “Invalid Code” when you entered the coupon?
- Are you trying to redeem the coupon code more than 30 days from the date you received the coupon? Did you get the error code “Expired code” when you entered the coupon?
- Did you check if you have redeemed this coupon before or if you’ve shared the coupon with someone else and has been activated by them? Did you get the error code “Code already/fully redeemed” when you entered the coupon?
