You can purchase the sooka TV stick using Credit Card or Debit Card.
2. What happens after my 12-months plan ends?
Your payment plan will be converted to an auto-recurring monthly plan after your 12-month cycle ends.
3. Can I cancel my 12-months ‘Premium’ bundled plan?
You can cancel the auto-recurring of the subscription; however, the 12-months ‘Premium’ plan will continue until your cycle ends. By cancelling your subscription, you will not be renewed after 12-months. You can check your cycle information on your “Profile” page on sooka.
4. Can I upgrade from my existing sooka plan to a sooka TV stick plan?
Yes, you can. If you have purchased through the web payment method, you can upgrade anytime. If you have used in-app payment methods with Apple or Google, you will have to first cancel your subscription on the app and resubscribe via the web for sooka TV stick plan.
