It happens. Set a new password with the steps below:
- Click on “Forgot Password” on the login or sign-up screen
- Enter your account ID
- Enter the OTP sent to you
- Set your new password. Sorted!
If you sign up/ register to sooka with your Google ID or Apple ID or Facebook, please use your social login to log into sooka. You will not be able to perform the forget/reset passwords via sooka. Please return to your social account to to perform such action.
