Developer Mode settings on Android devices may affect the app's performance, especially if animation settings are modified.

Steps to Fix:

Open your Settings app.
Navigate to System (or About Phone) > Developer Options.
- If Developer Options are not visible, enable it by tapping Build Number 7 times under About Phone.
Look for these animation settings:
- Window Animation Scale
- Transition Animation Scale
- Animator Duration Scale
Set all three options to 1x.
Restart the Sooka app and check if the issue is resolved.

Incorrect DNS settings may interfere with the app's connectivity or playback.

Steps to Fix:

Open your Settings app.
Use the search function to look for Private DNS.
Ensure the Private DNS setting is set to Automatic.
- If it is set to a custom DNS provider, switch it to Automatic.
Save the changes and restart the app.

Why This Matters:
Custom DNS settings may block certain services required for the sooka app to function properly.

Sooka does not support playback when a VPN is active. Using a VPN can also cause ads to spin endlessly.

3.Select:

• Cookies and Site Data

4.Tap Clear Data, then restart your browser.

Check Internet Connection: Ensure your connection meets the minimum speed requirements.
Reinstall the App: If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall the app.
